The annual Showcase of Schools at the South Florida Fairgrounds is an event where elementary, middle and high schools promote their offerings to recruit new students.
“it’s a great event,” Mr. Martinez said. “It has nearly all the schools in the county, allowing parents and students to see what school is the best for them.”
The Inlet Grove booth again this year was swarming with popularity, reeling in people with popcorn provided by Chef Hall and his Culinary students, a juggler/stilt walker, and warm smiles.
The Inlet Grove brochure was reworked yet again for the event. This time around, the brochure provided a more visibly appealing color scheme, including freshmen and seniors on the front cover. It highlights the different career academies in detail, helping future students understand what they want to pursue.
