The movie we all have been waiting for is making its way towards theaters.

Not only is it with fan favorite actor Michael B. Jordan, but trending R&B/Soul artist Rodwave has a track behind it which is attracting all young teens to go to theaters and view this film.

This thriller was directed by Ryan Coogler who was also the director of the one and only marvel film Black Panther.

The 2025 film goes back to the 1930s starring Michael Jordan as dual roles of twin brothers, Smoke and Smack who make a return to their hometown of Clarkydale, Mississippi, only to confront a threatening force to their community.

The film’s soundtrack is a powerful blend of contemporary music reflecting on eras of struggles and resilience. Rod Wave’s lead single, “Sinners”, which was released on April 4 serves as an emotional anchor for the film.

The lyrics dig into themes of historical trauma and resistance, aligning with the film’s exploration of cultural appropriation and historical drama.
