National Honor Society: Cleaning up
To be a part of the National Honor Society (NHS), students not only must have a grade point average of at least 3.5, but also must participate in giving services back to the community.
Inlet Grove’s NHS members demonstrated this Sept. 19 by cleaning up the campus during the last 30 minutes of lunch.
“It felt great helping the school and educating students how to properly dispose of their trash,” said NHS vice president Annamarie Mitrovich, a senior in the International Baccalaureate program.

It is an excellent idea in a short time and an instructive purpose.
This activity appeals to the conscience of students about the order and cleanliness of our environment and at the same time, respect for others’ work.
Congratulations!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Companioni
