PREPPING: It’s only the second week of school and the Culinary Arts Academy already has 30 teacher lunch orders. Chef Newman’s first period was prepping the chicken for the chicken caesar sub with a side of fruit and a brownie topped with caramel and pretzels. Then her second period class was adding the finishing touches then they were off to deliver the lunches to the staff of Inlet Grove.

It was delicious; I wish you also could have had a picture of how it was served. Not only was it delicious, it looked beautiful in the
lunch box. The sandwich was served on a fresh roll, with tasty chicken, the lettuce was crisp and tasty, the fruit salad added color, and the brownie, with drizzled caramel,l was scrumptious. The napkins with carefully wrapped eating utensils, were tied with colorful bows and placed on top of the boxes. Cheers for Culinary!

Sounds interesting. I wish I was a teacher.
