This is a great way to learn how to concentrate on the task at hand, how to calm stress, and how to enjoy life. Mindfulness is catching on because of the science that supports its benefits. Grades improve, work production is better, and people report being happier. We meet for 20 minutes, once a week, but the benefits linger and help in many ways. Come and join us.
