Mr. Rice the maritime academy teacher is demonstrating how a sailboat motor runs. The motor was donated to the the school a few years ago. The motor is 40 years old while still running very well. In order for it to run, you have to pull the motor fast, hard and make sure the rope comes out all the way. His students worked on it until it could run smoothly.
