“Congratulations to our girls soccer team! They are showing great improvement this season. They won (5-3) last night against Palm Beach Lakes High School.

“The girls played an outstanding game led by captains Jordan Hall and Megan Tackore. They both scored for the Lady Canes.

“Beatriz Sevilla scored two splendid goals and freshman Danika Jean scored a wonderful free kick.

“It was a very intense and competitive game because the Rams were not going to lose without a fight.

“Fortunately, our goalkeeper Fardaina Gedeon (Gege) had a strong game and with the help of our defense the Lady Canes were able to hold on for the victory.

“It was a true team effort and everyone contributed to the final result….
