AND THE CANES WERE THERE: Inlet Grove again took the MLK Essay Competition hosted by the Martin Luther King Coordinating Committee, with Marielys Solano winning 1st Place, Alexis Wilcher second, Abigail Guillaume third and honorable mention to Kelvin Verhovlyak. Their writing on the 2026 theme, "Building Bridges, not Walls," appears below.
