LITTLE DIPPER: This dunking bird is put front and center in the Chemistry class, teetering back and forth by converting heat to energy, which keeps it in motion.

MAYDAY: This emergency button has a place in many building 7 classes like this, and several of them can be found in the room.

THE CHEM IN CHEMISTRY: A whole host of bottles and boxes that are used for experiments on the big table.

MEANWHILE: Check out the motorboats outside of this classroom, as a part of the Marine Technology Academy.

PERIOD: An arrangement of every chemical element in the world, all put on one big chart.

MY EYES: A place for the students to wash their eyes quickly in case a chemical splashes on them.

WHERE'S THE REST: The "five" (six) commandments of the classroom.

SALUTE: An infographic about Henrietta Lacks, a black woman who had cancer cells that were able to reproduce indefinitely, allowing researchers to experiment without using living people.

THE BACKROOM: The door to a smaller area in between this classroom and another Science classroom. Spoiler alert: there isn't anything interesting in there.

LET THESE SINKS IN: Experimentation is serious business, and you need a lot of faucets for it.
