ANN MARIE SORRELL: The President/CEO of The Mosaic Group, an award- winning marketing, public relations and events management firm serving clients throughout South Florida, spoke to Journalism students about her career. The Pahokee native, who studied Healthcare Administration/Health Management at Florida A&M University, now has her own company that has managed more than 200 campaigns, and clients ranging from budgets of $10,000 to $5 million. “I’ve always been a business minded person, and knew that whether I was going to be a physical therapist or a nurse or whatever, something was going to lead back to me turning it into my own business somehow,” she said.
