YUM, YUM: For lunch, Chef Hall and students in the Culinary Academy prepared BBQ chicken, fried chicken, mac-n-cheese, cowboy fries, and home on the range green beans with a banana pudding parfait all for the price of $10.00.

TIME TO TEACH: Senior LPNs and Health Science Foundation (HSF) Sophomores collaborated Thursday, Sept. 20 where they taught and practiced taking vitals. The collaboration helped our SPNs (Senior Practical Nurses) become more effective educators, said Mrs. Graham, Medical Academy Director. Our HSF students were able to get a more individualized experience, it made a large task much more fun and stressed me out much less!.
