Born in Rockville Center New York, Mr Schiller is working at Inlet Grove as the director of Human Resources (HR)

“My job is to handle employee compensation and benefits, interviewing teachers for positions and making sure the school complies to state and federal regulations,” he said.

Schiller recently retired but came back, “I got a phone call from Dr. Banks and she told me the HR position had been vacated.. Why not, I was immediately rehired.” 

Schiller was also the Palm Beach Counties President of the Softball Umpires. He said the duties of an Umpire are observing game rules, awarding points, imposing penalties, determining results.

He also said he served in the army for 2 years. “I was in the combat unit, the best 2 years of active duty I ever had in my life. If I had to do it again I would in a heartbeat”.

“My goals for Inlet is to ensure that the staff and administration are in compliance.”

He also said he is most passionate about “making sure there is harmony within teachers, making sure they are paid on a timely basis, making sure the teachers have a good mindset because it reflects on the students.”
