SPORTSMANSHIP: Head Football Coach, Rashad Jackson took some time to recognize his hardworking athletes. He gave a speech to uplift, encourage, and motivate.
On December 19th, 2023 at 6:30 pm, Athletic Director Hikeem Banks hosted a sports banquet for the Cheerleading and Football team. Each coach gave a powerful speech to the athletes, encouraging them not to be discouraged whether they did or did not win an award.
Although the Cheerleading Coach Mrs. Jones couldn’t be in attendance, her message was produced by the Captain of the Cheerleading Team, Tanae Wilson, and the co-captain of the cheerleading team, Kyra Carty.
The sports banquet took place in Inlet Grove’s Kay Carnes Theatre.
After receiving awards, both teams and Coaches went to the cafeteria to bond and have a nice talk over pizza and drinks.
