VOLUNTEERING: Students were out of school on October 9 because of the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur. 12 National Honor Society members sacrificed their free time by rendering community service at the Quantum House.
The Quantum House is a caring and supportive home that lessens the burden for families whose children are receiving treatment in Palm Beach County for a serious medical condition. While there, the members played and talked with the children until they had to leave. "I am so proud of our students who shared their time with the Quantum House Kids," said Ms. Reyes one of the NHS advisers.
