“CAN’T PUT WATER ON EVERYTHING”: This is the quote from Riveria Beach Publc Information Officer Dwanne Watson, center, who visited Chef Newman’s Culinary Academy class to teach about fire safety and answer questions regarding what his work is like. He explained that not all fires can be put out with water. With him are Culinary Academy students Dakota Sands, left, and Yolnicka Jeune.

Thank you Officer Dwanne Watson,
That’s a great way to learn about safety.
It’s great to see the community involved in trying to better our education. Great Job!
The quote “You can’t put water on everything” is good because some people think that you can put water on everything then the fire will go away.
It’s good to know that not all fires can be put out with water, because that what we were lead on to think. Now that we know this its best that we stay away from things that can start fires. Nice job Dakota!
I think it was a good experience, knowing that some students learned about fire safety.

Officer Dwanne Watson must have done a good job on teaching them, which is super important if you’re in the Culinary Academy dealing with ovens and fire.
Fire fighters are great contributors to our society. Love the qoute and picture.
