DESIGNING THE FLOOR: The street designs created by Nova Southeastern University students to show off clubs and extracurricular activities caught the eye of the Hurricane photographers who attended the Leadership & Multimedia Conference Jan. 27 at the Davie/Fort Lauderdale campus.

EXAMINATION: The Medical Academy visited the Cox Science Center on Thursday, Mar. 9, to extend their surgical knowledge by dissecting frogs and observing other exhibits.

SHOW AND TELL: Mr. McDermott hosted the 8th Annual Car Show where past and new participants came to showcase their unique automobiles on Sunday, Feb. 26.

MAKE YOUR FUTURE: The Canes and other high schoolers had the opportunity to go to the Claim Your Future Showcase at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on Jan. 31. They had a chance to see many companies showing what jobs they offer.

Thinking ahead

AT PALM BEACH STATE: Nurse Graham and Nurse Cintron transported 31 Medical Academy Seniors to Palm Beach State College on Oct. 24. We visited the EMS & Fire, Pre-Law, and Nursing Departments. said Nurse Graham, Most importantly, we were able to have all students complete their applications and obtain valuable scholarship and admission information.
