ART SPEAKS: The Art Club visited the Norton Museum of Art on Nov. 22, where they viewed many art pieces that showed expression and meaningful convention, one of them being the portrait of Caracalla which represents his military virtues.

MORE MEMORIES: Former Editors-in-Chief Erna Delice of the Class of  2022, from left, and Brianna Luberisse of 2020 returned for the Florida Scholastic Press Association District 7 Workshops to help mentor Mr. Hanif's young journalists on their field trip Saturday to Nova Southeastern University. Delice, a Junior in Journalism at Lynn University, and Luberisse, Inlet Grove's first Pathfinder Award winner, who graduated from Florida A&M University last year, attended FSPA multiple times with Mr. Hanif as members of the Canes' student publications team.

OPPORTUNITIES: Douglass Lawson, the mayor of Riviera Beach (center), and Jervonte Edmonds, the State Rep (left), held a senior meeting at the theatre on Sept.12., where they briefly discussed Riviera Beach’s 2025 Youth Council Interest Meeting, and brought Florida Atlantic University students who talked about scholarship opportunities.

Hi, my name is Micaja Etienne, and I’m a junior in the Web Design academy. I am not a person with a lot to say. Psychological thrillers, action, and comedy are my favorite genres, whether it’s books or movies. Playing the piano and listening to music are one of my frequent hobbies. I also love traveling and learning new cultures and languages. I haven’t been to many places, but I will soon. I was never fond of writing– especially essays– but wanted to explore something new. I hope that we can make great works together this year.
