SENIOR PRACTICAL NURSING: Students visited Lakeside Medical in Belle Glade to shadow a nurse for the day. They were shown everyday tasks and even had the chance to visit the delivery room with the nurses. A baby had Gerd and the students helped take vitals and temperature when he was rushed to an emergency room. "It was an amazing experience," senior Tanoy Thames said. "It was awesome seeing what we learned in the classroom in real life."

CUSTOM MADE:  Career teachers are sporting some  shirts today. These have been made by Mr. Bell and his Digital Design students. Students may purchase a shirt from their career for $15 and wear it on jeans day (they must still pay $1). Teachers and faculty may also purchase a shirt to represent their department.
